However there were some flaws. When the table arrived there was some components that weren’t included. Which at first seemed like a deal breaker but the staff at fab cut were really keen to fix it, and in my opinion that goes further than the initial mistake. I would like to recommend that a technician should be included as part of the setup….no matter the size of the table.

We had never ran a cutting table ourselves ever. We had always hired out from other shops. Hiring out was killing us due to having to wait excessively long lead times, very high price per hour charges, and having very little to no control of quality. So, we made the big decision to get our own table.

Rene is who we got in touch with, and he was extremely helpful from step A all the way through step Z. We had no clue what we were doing, but he didn't mind. He coached us through it every step of the way and never got frustrated with us.

Here we are 1.5 years in, we are super extremely happy we made this decision. Our quality control has increased 100x, our lead times are cut in 1/4, and our pricing of our products to our clients is now very respectful.

Finally, these past few days we were experiencing an odd cut result on our 2" thick plate. I simply texted Rene a video to his personal cell phone......he immediately called me and in 3 minutes he diagnosed what I was doing wrong.....I simply accidentally had my cutting oxygen cranked up to high. This is the perfect representation of a true professional and kind businessman.

We are extremely thankful to Rene and the FabCut team and couldn't picture a better company to have gone down this road with.

I bought this as a toy to play with in my spare time until I retire. I had no idea how much I would be using it on an almost daily basis. I had heard about Fab-Cut and one day randomly showed up and asked to be shown their products. I spent two hours with Rene. He picked up his phone twice to silence it and focused solely on any questions I asked. I thought about the quote I was given for a week and then returned and spent two more hours with Rene asking questions. Initially I was hesitant as this is a significant investment for a hobby tool so there were many things I wanted answered. All of my questions were answered without being taken away for the many phone calls or emails he had coming in. This I was immediately impressed by.

After purchase I have had nothing but the best service I have had out of any product I’ve ever purchased. One time I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t sensing the metal on the table. I called in and spoke with their fantastic tech Ken whom helped me discover that it was a small human error on my part. What was originally supposed to be a five minute phone call became 45 minutes while he showed me other things that the software could do. He didn’t need to do this but he did!

The supplies that are needed for consumables are readily available at the store front which I think is great. What sold me was I phoned three of their existing customer whom all said the same thing….it seems to good to be true but this company was great to them.

All in all if you’re in the market for a plasma system, take the time and travel to this manufacturer. It will seem to good to be true but I can say that these folks are the real deal. You won’t be disappointed! read less

Early morning 6am Saturday phone calls to figure out what I have done wrong and most recently repaired my plasma same day as we waited. Started having an issue with the plasma and within 5 minutes of sending an email I received a call from Ken and the problem was diagnosed right away. Later that day we dropped the plasma off and a new board was installed while we had lunch in town. By the end of the day we are back up and running. Any questions I have had they answered quickly, and if it was to complicated to help over the phone, they have sent videos or remotely logged in and showed me what to change.
